I downloaded a mod that changed info in the following directory which produced the messages above - C:\Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt - Complete Edition\dlc. Check the DLC folder. If you have all of the DLC (HoS, BaW) it should have dlc 1-16, BOB, and EP1. Anything else, rename or delete.
